Step into a sanctuary where every detail is designed for your wellness journey. From Monday through Friday, we open our doors at 8 a.m. to bring a gentle start to the day, welcoming you through to the evening at 6 p.m. Saturdays, our schedule shifts slightly to 9 a.m., closing at 5 p.m., allowing space for weekend relaxation. If it’s your first time joining us, we invite you to experience the rejuvenating effects of the INTRO LightStim™ LED Light Therapy Sessions (3 sessions for $150). Book  your sessions within two weeks to experience the full benefits light therapy, with treatments ideally spaced every other day. Each session lasts approximately 40 minutes, giving you time to settle in and prepare. We advise setting aside an hour for your visit to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Our home is on the corner of Soquel Avenue and Ocean View Avenue, a serene setting at 540 Soquel Avenue, Santa Cruz. Parking is best found on Ocean View Avenue, and as you approach, you’ll find our inviting red door on the building's side. A knock or a ring at the door signals your arrival, readying you to step into a peaceful atmosphere designed to restore.

Prepare for your visit by hydrating well and avoiding lotions or oils on your skin, which allows for better light penetration. We provide specialized towels for each session, and if you’d like one of your own, they are available for purchase at $35. 

Bring along headphones if you’d like, as we create a space for relaxation and retreat from the day-to-day. Our space is more than just a treatment room; it’s a haven for rejuvenation, where your well-being comes first and where each detail is crafted for your comfort and tranquility.
